Functional Aspects:
Cytokeratin 10 is found in suprabasal layers of keratinizing
stratified epithelia, such as foot sole epidermis and anal canal
epithelium, as well as the suprabasal layers of some nonkeratinizing
stratified epithelia and squamous carcinomas.
Clone LHP1 was raised against a cytoskeletal extract prepared
from the epidermal component of trypsin-split normal adult
skin.
