Functional Aspects:
CD30 is expressed on normal and neoplastic cells including
multinucleated Reed-Sternberg cells, mononuclear Hodgkin’s
cells, most anaplastic large cell lymphomas, other lymphomas,
and virally transformed cells. Clone 1G12 recognizes the
internal domain while 15B3 recognizes the external domain of
CD30.
