Functional Aspects:
Thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1) is expressed in normal adult
lung and thyroid and has been reported in some carcinomas of
these tissues. The immunogen used to generate this clone was
a recombinant protein corresponding to a 123 amino acid fragment
of the N-terminal region of the TTF-1 molecule.
