Our Anti-Biotin is produced by hyperimmunizing goats with biotin, followed by affinity chromatography to isolate only the anti-biotin antibodies. This product can be used with biotinylated nucleic acids or in systems where the high biotin-avidin affinity is less desirable.
Agarose bound Anti-Biotin (SP-3030) contains 1 mg of
Anti-Biotin per ml of settled 4% agarose beads. This product
can be used to bind and dissociate biotinylated molecules.
