BLOXALL™ Endogenous Peroxidase and Alkaline Phosphatase Blocking Solution is a dual enzyme blocking reagent that inactivates endogenous peroxidase, pseudoperoxidase, and alkaline phosphatase in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, frozen tissue sections, and cell preparations in a single 10 minute incubation step. This reagent is provided as a ready-to-use reagent in a convenient dropper bottle.
ImmPACT AMEC Red Peroxidase Substrate, part of the AEC family of substrates, is 5 to 10 times more sensitive than conventional AEC substrates. Similar to AEC, ImmPACT AMEC Red must be aqueously mounted.
Digoxigenin (DIG) is a small plant-derived molecule not found in animals. DIG is used to label nucleic acid probes for applications such as in situ hybridization. DIG-labeled probes are detected with antibodies specifically directed against the DIG label.

DyLight 594 Griffonia Simplicifolia Lectin I (GSL I) – Isolectin B4 is an α–galactose-specific isolectin that contains only B subunits. GSL I – B4 has been reported to be useful as a marker for endothelial cells from nonprimates, such as mouse, rat, rabbit, and goat. It also binds to rodent glial cells.

The ImmPRESS™ Anti-Rat Ig (mouse adsorbed) Reagent has ≤1% cross-reactivity with mouse IgG and IgM and is designed for detecting rat primary antibodies on mouse tissues that may contain endogenous mouse immunoglobulins.
