Thank you for your interest in Vector products. If you are based in the U.S., prices are available online on each of the product pages for your convenience. You may view these prices or place an order without registering online. Becoming a registered customer allows you to create an address book for multiple shipping locations, change your password, and view your order history. Vector Labs respects your privacy and does not share your information with third parties.

Once your registration is received, you will be issued a password by email within 24 hours. If you would like to place your order without logging in, please click on the shopping cart and proceed as a guest.

In addition to ordering online, orders may be placed by mail, telephone or fax. The following must be included with each order:

• Name of the product and catalog number
• Quantity and size of items
• Billing and Shipping addresses
• Purchase order number or credit card information (We accept VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.)
• Name and phone number of person placing the order

To place telephone orders call 650-697-3600 or toll free 800-227-6666 from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Telephone orders over $2000 may require written/faxed confirmation. A confirmation should be boldly marked "Confirming Order. Do Not Duplicate". Duplicate shipments due to incorrectly marked confirming orders cannot be returned for credit. No returned product will be accepted or credited without prior authorization from Vector Laboratories.

Discount Policy:

Discounts for most products are available for large quantities or bulk orders. Orders for 10-29 of the same product size will automatically receive a 10% discount, orders for 30 or more will receive a 20% discount. Please inquire for pricing of bulk quantities of any product.

Payment/Shipping Terms:

Our payment terms are net 30 days. Prices are FCA Burlingame, California. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Orders placed before 12:00 noon Pacific time on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are usually processed the same day they are received. Unless requested otherwise, all products are shipped 2nd Day Air. All RCA products are excluded from our regular discount table. RCA60 products are shipped in the U.S.A. only, according to federal transportation regulations requiring additional shipping charges. We require a written confirmation for all RCA60 products.

International orders are shipped by air. For the convenience of our customers in the U.K. and Canada, Vector Laboratories maintains a complete inventory of all Vector products at our subsidiaries. Please click on the appropriate flag to enter the website.
