Becoming a registered customer allows you to create an address
book for multiple shipping locations, change your password,
and view your order history. Vector Labs respects your privacy
and does not share your information with third parties.

Once your registration is received, you will be issued
a password by email within 24 hours. If you would like to
place your order without logging in, please click on the
shopping trolley and proceed as a guest.
Additional Ordering Information:
In addition to ordering online, orders may be placed by
mail, telephone or fax. The following must be included with
each order:
- Contact name and phone number
- Invoice and shipping addresses
- Purchase order number
- Name of product and catalogue number
- Quantity and size of items
- Any special shipping, packing or delivery instructions
- VAT exemption certificate, if applicable
In general, written confirmation of a telephone order is
not required. However, if a VAT exemption certificate or
confirmation of an order is sent, they should be boldly
marked “Confirmation. Do not duplicate”. Duplicate
shipments due to incorrectly marked confirming orders cannot
be returned for credit. No returned products will be accepted
or credited without prior authorization from Vector Laboratories.
Discount Policy:
Discounts for most products are available for large quantities
or bulk orders. Please inquire for pricing of bulk quantities
of any product.
Payment/Shipping Terms:
Prices are excluding VAT and freight. Orders are usually
shipped the same day they are received. All products are
sent by courier unless otherwise specified. Payment terms
are net 30 days. For the convenience of our customers, Vector
also accepts orders using VISA or Mastercard. All payments
must be made in pounds sterling. Whilst every effort will
be made to give reasonable notice of price changes, we reserve
the right to change prices without notice.
