Ordering
Placing an order:
Orders may be placed online, by email ([email protected]), mail or telephone. The following must be included with each order:
- Name of the product and catalog number
- Quantity and size of items
- Billing and Shipping addresses
- Purchase order number or credit card information (We accept VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.)
- Name and phone number of person placing the order
- Email address of end user
To place an order via telephone, call us at 650-697-3600 or toll free at 800-227-6666 during normal business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time). Telephone or online orders over $1000 will require a copy of the Purchase Order to be emailed or a credit card number for payment at the time the order is placed. Any order confirmation should be boldly marked, Confirming Order. Do Not Duplicate. Duplicate shipments due to incorrectly marked confirming orders cannot be returned for credit.
Returns:
Vector Laboratories provides only the highest quality products that are rigorously tested in the intended applications. Our knowledgeable technical staff is ready to assist in the successful use of our reagents in a myriad of applications. Please contact Technical Services by phone (650-697-3600 or 800-227-6666) or email so that we can help you select the most appropriate reagents or troubleshoot their use.
If you experience a problem that appears to be related to product performance and the product is within the expiration date (the period of guarantee), please contact Technical Services for instructions on returning the product. Prior authorization from Vector Laboratories is required for all product returns.
No returned item is ever restocked or reshipped.
Payment/Shipping Terms:
For non-credit card orders, our payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice, title and risk of loss transfer Ex Works (Incoterms 2010) Seller’s location, freight prepaid and added unless shipped on Buyer’s account (FedEx, UPS, DHL). Buyers are required to submit a credit application before credit terms are extended. Orders placed before 3 pm Pacific Time on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are usually processed the same day they are received. Unless requested otherwise, all products are shipped 2nd Day Air.
RCA60 products are shipped to locations in the United States only and require additional shipping charges as per federal transportation requirements. A written confirmation for all RCA60 products is required.
Orders to be shipped to locations outside the United States are shipped by air.
